PSYCHOLOGIST

Natalia is a provisional psychologist currently in her final year of Masters in Clinical Psychology. She brings a warm, person-centred approach and values the importance of tailoring support to each person's unique context and lived experience. Natalia has worked across a range of settings, including primary schools, public health, private practice, and community organisations, supporting individuals across the lifespan.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while also drawing holistically on elements of Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, to inform collaborative and flexible intervention. With experience in both cognitive assessments and therapeutic intervention, Natalia is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults in navigating mental health challenges. She combines evidence-based practice with genuine empathy to foster a safe, collaborative environment, where clients feel supported in working toward their personal goals and meaningful change.

Adolescents, adults, children. Concerns relating to emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, panic symptoms, grief and loss, school or peer related difficulties, sleep initiation and maintenance difficulties, behavioural difficulties, parenting and family support, general mental health and wellbeing, assessing cognitive profiles through cognitive assessments.
