PSYCHOLOGIST

Jarryd is a registered psychologist with experience working in community health and family violence. He brings a friendly and warm approach to working with people. He draws on evidence-based interventions, particularly in cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, to support change and well-being. He has experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults from different backgrounds and presentations.
