Kate is a General Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) who is committed to playing a collaborative role in enhancing overall wellbeing. She creates a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can address their unique needs in a safe and supportive space.
Specialising in children, adolescents, and young adults, Kate works with those facing challenges. Using evidence-based techniques, primarily from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), she incorporates methods from various other therapeutic models to offer a holistic approach tailored to each individual.
A key passion for Kate is conducting cognitive assessments. She helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their cognitive strengths and challenges. These assessments serve as a valuable tool for fostering self-awareness, personal growth, and the development of strategies to improve daily functioning, guiding clients to make informed decisions about their learning, development, and wellbeing.
