Kate Zammit

PSYCHOLOGIST (THERAPY & ASSESSMENTS)

Kate is a General Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) who is committed to playing a collaborative role in enhancing overall wellbeing. She creates a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can address their unique needs in a safe and supportive space.

Specialising in children, adolescents, and young adults, Kate works with those facing a wide range of challenges. Using evidence-based techniques, primarily from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), she incorporates methods from various other therapeutic models to offer a holistic approach tailored to each individual.

A key passion for Kate is conducting Psychoeducational (Specific Learning Disorders), Cognitive, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (6+) assessments. She loves working alongside young people to help them understand how they learn, process information, and navigate the world around them. Through these assessments, Kate supports clients and families in gaining a deeper understanding of cognitive strengths, learning needs, and areas where additional support may be helpful. These insights empower young people to reach their full potential by guiding personalised strategies that enhance learning, self-awareness, and overall daily functioning. The results also help families make informed decisions about their child’s development, education, and wellbeing.
