More about me…

What’s your go-to way to recharge after a long day of supporting others?

In summer, you'll find me heading to the beach for a quick jump in the ocean to recharge. In colder months, I like to go for a bike ride, paint with watercolours or catch up with a friend.

What’s a fun fact about you that might surprise people?

When I was 17 I did an exchange to Chile for 6 months and I love to have a chat in Spanish whenever I get the chance!

What do you hope clients feel when they walk into a session with you?

Getting an assessment can be nerve wracking so I hope that when I meet with clients, I can put them at ease. There is so much value in the therapeutic relationship, even if we only spend a few sessions together. My goal is for clients to feel heard, supported, and respected throughout the process.
