Nour is a qualified Naturopath with over 14 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on women’s health and Endometriosis. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. She has also completed a Master’s degree in Women’s Health Medicine from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), driven by her commitment to continually expanding her knowledge and clinical expertise.
Nour’s clinical work centres on empowering women through personalised support that integrates nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, dietary modifications, lifestyle counselling, and functional testing. She possesses extensive experience in managing conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, and menstrual disorders. Additionally, she frequently collaborates with GPs, gynaecologists, osteopaths, pelvic physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.
In 2024, she published a research paper titled “Dietary and Nutritional Interventions for the Management of Endometriosis” in the Special Edition of Nutrition in Women (Nutrients, MDPI), contributing to the growing body of research supporting nutritional medicine and dietary strategies in alleviating Endometriosis symptoms.
Nour is also passionate about early education and awareness. She regularly presents at schools, teaching young girls about healthy menstrual cycles, including how to recognise what is normal and what is not, signs of heavy or painful periods, and red flags that may indicate underlying hormonal or gynaecological conditions. She also emphasises the importance of nutrition and lifestyle in supporting hormonal balance and long-term health.
