Jacqui Anastasi
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Jacqui is a provisional psychologist with extensive experience supporting people across a wide range of backgrounds, life experiences, and diagnoses. Her work in the NDIS space has involved collaborating with individuals with disability, ADHD, autism, mental health concerns, and complex behavioural needs. Through this work, she has developed a strong understanding of how behaviour, wellbeing, and environment interact and how personalised, compassionate support can create meaningful change.
Jacqui recognises that seeking therapy can feel like a big and sometimes daunting step. She brings a warm, calm, and collaborative approach to every session, creating a space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported at their own pace. She takes time to get to know each person’s world, strengths, and values, working alongside them to shape meaningful, achievable goals.
Jacqui’s practice draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and schema-informed interventions. She blends curiosity, compassion, and practical strategies to help clients build insight, make sense of their experiences, and develop skills that create lasting change.
Jacqui is committed to partnering with clients – walking beside them as they navigate challenges and move toward the life they want to build. .
