Please note that we do not offer bulk billed sessions. All medicare appointments will incur a gap fee.

Payment Policy for Self-Managed NDIS, Private Paying, TAC & WorkCover Clients

As a new and growing practice, we rely on timely payments to cover the costs of running the clinic and ensuring our clinicians are paid for their time. For this reason, we require all self-managed NDIS, privately paying, TAC, and WorkCover clients to pay for their sessions on the day of the appointment.

  • Please be aware that fees for psychological services at our practice may vary depending on the grade and experience of the psychologist you are seeing. 

    Fees are for a 50 minute session.

    $20 surcharge applies to the initial appointment, and appointments after 5pm and on weekends

    Medicare Rebate $101.55

    *Appointments with provisional psychologists are not eligible for Medicare rebates

    These rebates are available under the Better Access initiative, which provides eligible individuals with up to 10 individual and 10 group mental health treatment services per calendar year. To access these rebates, you must have a valid referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

    Psychologist:

    General Psychologist TAC Rebate: $250

    Provisional Psychologist TAC Rebate $144.43

    Workcover Rebate: $208.70

     

  • $255 per 50 minutes

    Medicare rebate $89.50

    These rebates are available under the Chronic Disease Management Plan, which provides eligible individuals with up to 5 individual allied health sessions. 

    $20 surcharge applies to the initial appointment, and appointments after 5pm and on weekends

  • Initial assessment- $337.50

    Subsequent appointment $225

    Medicare Rebate $63.40

  • $120 fee: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, before 5pm the day before your appointment

    Full session fee: Cancellations made after 5pm the day before your appointment, and non-attendance
