  • Tuning Into Kids- Parenting Workshop

    We're excited to share that we will be running "Tuning In To Kids" – a six-week parenting program that supports emotionally intelligent and neuro-affirming parenting.

    This evidence-based group program will help you teach your child important emotional skills such as understanding and managing emotions, calming down, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships. These skills are linked to improved focus, better peer relationships, and long-term wellbeing and success.

    Program details:

    Where: 156 Coburns Rd, Melton

    When: Starting June 2nd 6pm-8pm

    Mondays for 6 weeks

    A seventh follow-up session will be held a few weeks after the program ends.


    Cost: $47 per session. NDIS funding may be used if included in your plan. Private payment options are also available.

  • Moody, Magnificent & Menopausal- Workshop

    Hot flushes, mood swings, disturbed sleep, weight gain?

    You’re not alone. Perimenopause and menopause can bring a wave of changes — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

    Join us for a vibrant, supportive workshop that honours the emotional rollercoaster of midlife while celebrating your strength, brilliance, and resilience.

    Led by a qualified dietician and menopause coach, this two-hour session will explore:
    - Hormones and symptoms
    - Gut, brain and body balance
    - Practical strategies for managing midlife changes with clarity and confidence

  • Lego Therapy Groups for Kids

    EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

    LEGO® Based Therapy is a positive, structured, and evidence-based program that uses the power of collaborative LEGO® play to help children build social communication skills in a fun and supportive environment. It's a child-centred approach designed to encourage teamwork, problem-solving, turn-taking, and confidence.

    Details:

    Monday Group (Ages 12–15)

    Time: 4:00 – 5:30 PM; 

    Group Size: 3–4 participants

    Cost: $193.99 per person, per session (NDIS funding may be used)

    A great fit for older children who could benefit from structured social interaction in a safe and engaging setting.

    Wednesday Group (Ages 7–12)

    Time: 4:00 – 5:30 PM

    Group Size: 3–4 participants

    Cost: $193.99 per person, per session (NDIS funding may be used)

    Perfect for school-aged children to build friendships and communication skills through shared play.

    Wednesday Group (Ages 4–6)

    Time: 2:30 – 3:30 PM

    Group Size: 3–4 participants

    Cost: $193.99 per person, per session (NDIS funding may be used)

    A gentle, supportive introduction to social learning for our youngest participants.

    Each group runs for eight weekly sessions, carefully designed to help children engage socially and emotionally through guided LEGO® activities.
